Computer is now really messed up. Cannot contact PayPal They said do I want to open a new PayPal account???What is going on? My bank recently said an Ebay merchant just submittted a fraudent charge on my Bank's Visa card. So they cancelled that Card and sent me a new one with a new number. Which I did activate by phone. Has the bank now screwed up by PayPal account?
