disconnect old Shopify

For months I have tried connecting my new shoplifty to my eBay but it keep getting this error

I have called eBay s few time but none of the reps understand what I'm asking so has anyone here successfully disconnect there old shopify and added an new one ?

Am I correct in assuming you had an earlier account with this ID? I think you may need to contact Shopify to remove an old account and add a new one.

If you are instructed to cancel your eBay token, then you can do that on eBay.

At the bottom of your eBay security settings overview is a link for Third-party app access:

https://accounts.ebay.com/acctsec/security-center

Open that section and remove the authorization for the Shopify account.

yes i had an old one and yes did call shopify and they claim to disconnect it and i called eBay and i went to my ebay settings over 50 times and deleted the old account then when i go to shopify to connect it gives me an error saying my old one is this connected. IDK WHAT TO DO AT THIS POINT.
