after switching to Рayoneer, I do not have a limit on the exposure of lots. that is, it does not allow to put up a single lot from those that were withdrawn from sale before registering a new payment system. What should I do now?

Geez, I don't know. In the US, we don't have Payoneer. Good luck with your efforts.

we lived in Russia and did not know grief for ebay, but Payoneer came for reasons unknown to us and everything went to hell. And what is most interesting is that their site is being blocked by our internet providers. But they constantly insist that they are solving this problem.

Does eBay indicate your Payoneer account is fully activated?

I have seen a few other reports of Russia problems with Payoneer/eBay integration.

eBay has social media sites in Russian where you may be able to have a more complete conversation about the problem. Perhaps they can look into it or recommend the next action.

Yes, I already wrote in support of ebay and they answered me that I was allowed to sell only for $ 200 and they reset all my achievements and merits. And as always, they said sweetly that I was dear to them.
