Why ebay doesn't have import or export functions to list product like all other ecommerce platforms

I cannot beleive as of today ebay is so behind in the ecommerce space. it does not even have import and export functions to list or export the products with excel or csv files like all other big ecommerce platforms.

or ebay offers the product import and export? i just do not know where it is?
