I have 18k gold jewelry items listed for sale. I have 100% approval rating and some items I sold are over $5000. My items are not getting “Authenticity Guaranteed” stamp. Someone in this forum suggested to limit sales only to a handful foreign countries. I did that. Nothing changed. Couple weeks ago, I was on the phone with ebay rep and he couldn’t figure out why my qualified items didn’t have the label, he promised it will be fixed. I still don’t have the label. This affects my sales. Any suggestions? Thank you.
I have read the article but it was no help because ebay gives the "authenticity guaranteed" label. Ebay agent confirmed that my items qualify for it and he couldn't figure out why they were not given the label. He promised to escalate the problem and to get back to me with a fix. He never did it.
