I want to click Business Information and Change my business account to personal account.
After that I want to sell some items.
But I cannot click business information.

Usually when you run into blocks like this @shinjooyoung, it's due to an issue with the account. That could be a hold, restriction, etc. If you aren't aware of anything specific going on with your account, then it would be best to contact Customer Support to speak with someone who can help you determine what's going on, and what needs to happen to get things resolved so you can update info and get to selling.
I also had some difficultly with links on my account page. Some links would open and some would not open. I was using an older computer with an older browser. When I switched to a different computer, I could open the links. Try a different computer or different browser.
Unfortunately, I don't think it is possible to downgrade a business account to a personal account.
You can change a personal account to a business account, but not the other way around.
