Where should I upload and obtain VideoID for eBay Excel Template?

I can upload manually on each listing, but I want VIDEOID for my eBay template, I searched a lot and it mentioned API and some stuff which I do not understand, where can I upload video and get Video ID, so that I can use that ID to add to my excel file.
