Where Did The Listing Templates Go?

OK, all of a sudden today there doesn't seem to be any way to find my listing templates. I used to have "Sell" at top of seller hub that held among other things, drafts and templates. Now there is no "Sell" header. I can go to "Selling" in a drop down, which fortunately has drafts, but no templates. I suppose eBay has twelve other ways to get there.  Any ideas?

Never mind. I tried Firefox and the sell option shows up.

What they apparently did was to move it, and put a blue background behind it in an elongated oval. Well, that worked good!
