Hello everyone. Does anyone else use Quantity Manager? It's not working. My listings are falling off and not getting relisted and I am unable to change any quantities getting an error message stating I have to renew the auth token. Managing the app from myebay and trying to "start" it produces no results. I've contacted the developer and not surprisingly have gotten no response. Is anyone else having an issue? While they can't get the app working right I'm confident when the month is up they won't have any problems taking payment for the app.

You are the second member that I have seen having token issues with Quantity Manager.

I have no clues besides contacting app developers. Their app is the only way to renew the token. There is nothing you or eBay can do to do this.

Only one thought...If the app developers were smart enough, the app might try to reauthorize a token, if the old token is revoked. This is a long shot, but you could try to go to Account>Site preferences, scroll down to the section Third party authorizations, click on Revoke this authorization, next to Quantity Manager.

The good news about revoking the token, they can not charge you for a service that you have not authorized.

Did you end up getting this fixed? I just noticed this morning and I'm afraid I think this has been happening to us for months without us realizing it... I too have messaged them but from past experience know they are not reliable with their responses.

Could you share what you did, or if you got this resolved?

eBay is not eliminating third-party apps. External apps are still going strong and eBay is providing support for App developers.

What eBay is eliminating is its billing service for external apps. eBay will no longer host a subscription page where members would subscribe and pay through eBay's platform. Instead, members would subscribe to the third-party service directly on the provider's webpage and would pay the service provider directly.
