Can you circle what you were referring to?

I presume the label screen previously had a picture of the sold item and the issue is that it is not displayed on the label commitment screen. Many of eBay's pages have a comment option where things like this can be reported. I see that the screen has stars. If you click a star, will it give you a comment area? Be more specific in your comments to eBay than you were here. Don't leave them wondering what you mean.

That's what mine always looks like after I've paid for and printed the label. Don't recall the star rating, though...

top right? , or just to the left of "Print Label"?

I think the stars are fairly new. Have seen them. Never clicked on them. Most suggestions are a waste of time 🙂

Presumption unnecessary, as I'm not referring to the prior page. Also, you're presumption that I haven't utilized the stars is also incorrect.
The ebay UI team knows exactly what I mean. I couldn't have been more succinct.

I apologize if my question was not clear. I did not presume that you haven't utilized the stars. I asked if clicking a star brings up a comment box. Does it?

Posted the op yesterday, and this morning, voilà! Much appreciated!

It does, which I have used multiple times during the switch to the new UI, but being that there is no forum for response, I question the effectiveness of that avenue.

I've used the comment box many times in the past to report bugs or usability issues on various pages, and this is usually after I have tested multiple times and have some sort of clue what is happening. Sometimes I'm just confirming what others have reported to CS as a usability issue, but on at least two occasions (on pages where I was invited to include my email), I received a response back requesting additional details. So I can confirm that these comments are reviewed and that those with concise details provide an actionable starting point.
If the page format has been restored, then they heard your comments, but sometimes it just takes a little time to roll out a change or to roll back a faulty new release.
