Viewing purchased item but grayed out

Hoping someone can help me. Some of the items that I have purchased are grayed out and I cant open the description.  It also says "buy similar" in blue. That option works. My items that I can open are not grayed out and there is a "buy again" option. I am just looking to view the full description of an item that I did purchase and did receive. I'm stuck

I see the same thing for old listings on both the app and my PC. It appears only descriptions for items that are still active survive after 90 days.
