Using Stamps.com

I use Stamps.com in addition to eBay shipping.  Last Friday at around 8:15 pm I printed a shipping label using Stamps.com, attached to a jiffy bag, had the mailman scan the package Saturday and he took the package.  I tried to find the receipt on Stamps.com a little later,  but it was no where, no receipt was shown in the history of shipped items.  Today I called Stamps.com and talked to 3 different agents to get the tracking number and told them of the problem.  The first agent found the sale and after waiting 3 minutes, gave me the tracking number except for the last 4 numbers before we were disconnected.  I called again and talked to another agent, he was asking all kinds of questions, was going to get his supervisor, and I was then disconnected again.  Now after making a third phone call, talked to a third agent who had me on hold. So no help here again.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
