User Name Changed BUT Need to change to Store Name and eBay won't allow.

I have been a member since 2004. Had a store previously, then life interfered. So I have been trying to crank out my 2000k inventory. Finally found my store name but its again all lower letters. I now know why.  

My question is this...

How can I subscribe to a store,  an change my User name  into Store Name and not have to wait until March 5? Also, Will I lose anything by switching?

User name can only be changed once every 30 days.
