Hi all, a buyer wants to return an item I sold but I cannot find a way to upload tracking data. The return request screen simply says "awaiting shipment". I am able to add a tracking number but not actually upload tracking information for them to print and use. I am in Germany so I know I cannot purchase tracking through ebay but I should be able to upload the data. Any help is appreciated.

If the buyer is located in another country, you send them the funds to cover the return shipping.

But there is no way to upload tracking information if I buy the label?

Am I supposed to mail it? For my understanding this all only applies with the USA and all international sales are on their own.

Adding the tracking number is the same thing as "uploading the tracking data", if you're using a carrier that integrates with eBay.

If you bought the shipping label, either take a photo or screen shot of it and send a copy to the buyer through the return case.
Be sure to upload the tracking in the return case.
