Any one else having issues uploading images from their hard drive using turbo lister.
I keep getting the error screen which states:
The picture file name is invalid, please enter a valid picture file name.

Have you been uploading previously with no issues?
It's been many years since I've been able to use TurboLister, but here is a Windows limitation that I've encountered in the past that might be the cause. It may or may not be an issue for you, but I'll lay it out in case others encounter the problem.
Check the full length of the path to your photos. The limit is 260 characters (starting with the drive letter all the way to the end of the file suffix). If you are directly in the picture folder, it is unlikely you would ever encounter the path limitation, but when accessing the image through another program, or when generating a full path for upload, you might be concatenating a path that is longer than 260 characters.
Creating a tree structure that is many levels deep is a great way to organize clutter, but when doing so, try to keep the folder names short. Since the picture name also contributes to the length limit, if the picture name must be long, then don't nest those pictures very many levels deep (or keep the folder names quite short).

Thank you for your input.
My names are not even close to that length.
I have used TL for many years but not in the last few years when I used inkfrog and Auctiva.
Prior to closing my store last fall, I ran the updates on TL, and compacted, etc and then synched all my active listings with TL so they would be available.
Auctiva and their link to Ebay, lost all but the 1st image on 700 files as well as put a lot of useless HTML in the descriptions.
I started yesterday to use TL to get rid of all the HTML and add the missing pictures and hence the image loading issue showed up in both the item area as well as the waiting to upload.
I will keep mucking around with it to see what I can do but I too may have to quit even trying to use TL.
I may also get a hold of the TL support people with Ebay.

What I found out by playing around:
If I go directly to the subfolder the images are in I can upload them.
If I try to use the search for pictures it won't find them, where my website and other sites have no problem when I do search, locating any images.
Is this a new problem with TL?

TurboLister uses the legacy Windows Internet Explorer web browser engine in the background to access the Internet, upload data, and display a webview of your description within the tool. Are you using a different browser to access the other websites?

I use Firefox for all sites and have for years with no issues.

The TL images search has always been too awkward to use, so we just open a File explorer window on the desktop and drag the images into the Turbo Lister listing image area. It doesn't understand PNG files, but JPGs work fine.
