I have been using TL for about 3 years now and I want to install it on a second device. On the seller board someone gave me a link to install it -- it seemed to have been installing correctly but then just stopped mid-way. The incon shows on the desktop but when I click on it something real quickly blips on my screen and then there's nothing.
It clearly isn't installed correctly and I need some help with this. Does eBay still have the CS telephone line dedicated to TL? Or is there staff here that can assit me?
It is imperative that I download this to the second device (a PC) as the old device (an old laptop) is acting wonky and I don't know how much longer it will work for and then I will lose everything being stored on TL.
Please advise what is going wrong here and how I can resolve it.
