Turbo Lister Object Type?

I have not used my Turbo Lister for a while and when I went to list some items I got an error message stating "The item specific Object Type is missing. Add Object Type to this listing, enter a valid value, and then try again."  I have listed this same item in the past and did not get this error message at that time.  Any suggestions?  Thanks

In your current listing, your "Object Type" is "Gravy/Sauce Boat".

eBay has been updating item specifics this past quarter to standardize some of the terms. Turbo Lister may need to be updated to include the latest list of specifics.  Some item specifics are mandatory and some are optional. If mandatory specifics are missing, the listing will not post.

However, eBay is also experiencing some problems with providing or assigning item specifics, so if you are not listing a piece of china, the request may be erroneous.

Does your Turbo lister give you the option to populate this item specific? If not, you may need to update that portion of your Turbo Lister.

I'm having trouble understanding where I would enter the object.  I tried entering on the category line after Heisey

>Drinkware/Stemware  but Turbo Lister would not recognize that as the object and I got again the same error message.

Click on the 'Edit' button, to the right of Item Specifics. In the next box that appears, if 'Object type' is not on the list, click the 'Get Suggestions' button, in the lower left corner of the box.

If 'Object type' still does not show up in the list, you may need to update TurboLister...

1) Go back to the main screen,

2) Click Tools>Compact databases,

3) Click Tools>Check for program updates. Install the 'Program updates' and the 'Data updates',

4) Click Tools>Compact databases.

Note. If the Compact fails, restart Turbo, and immediately repeat the Tools>Compact databases.
