Turbo Lister Help with Signing on. Token expired but has error message when trying to connect

My Turbo Lister token expired, and it pops up a box when I open it up that tries to identify me with a Katcha. I hit connect, but it pops up with an error message that; "initGeetest is undefined".  It won't let me get buy it. Any solutions?  Thanks, Steve

P.S. I am using Windows 7 home version.
