I would like to have a " tracking numbers" that would help to make sure when the items arrived and have someone will pick them up to avoid been stolen.

Unfortunately, eBay does not require sellers to provide tracking. If they use an eBay label, tracking is provided. Some sellers, however, use different services (stamps.com) to ship.

It's true that some sellers don't upload tracking numbers.

Just keep an eye out for the estimated delivery date. If your item doesn't arrive, wait a day or two and open an INR via the
