At this time there is not a Terapeak API, and the tool is only available through the Seller Hub > Research tab.
However, I did some looking around on our developer forums, and found some info on an alternative that may be helpful for you:
"Alternatively you can use Marketplace Insights API to search for sold items on eBay by keyword, GTIN, category, and product and it returns the of sales history of those items.
