Technical issues when working on listing

When I'm listing an item my page goes up to the pictures whenever I click a key on the keyboard.  I can keep typing and it shows up in the body of my listing; then I scroll down to double check it.  When I go to add something it will jump back up.  Half of what I do is typing blindly right now then double checking.  Hopefully this makes sense.  It only happens on ebay, not on any other site.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you checked your NumLock key? 9=PageUp on ten keypad.
