Shipping coverage I shipped a piece of crystal it was broken in transit I refunded the money to the buyer immediately but do I have shipping insurance when I use a eBay’s shipping labels if so how do I go about a claim for my broken item thank you in advance for your help

Did you ship using Priority Mail or did you purchase insurance?  Claims would be made on usps.com.
