Shipping Calculator not working again?

I use the shipping calculator all the time in the "classic listing tool"  but now when I calculate shipping, I can't choose what delivery service I want and have it add it to the listing.  I also can not offer ebay's shipping discount to customers at all anymore.  If I click the blue "Offer shipping service" button, nothing happens.  Is this permanent?

I don't think the Shipping Calculator is linked to the new Unified Listing tool. It is a major complaint from sellers using that tool. You can use the "feedback" option from the triple dots at the top right of the tool to let the developers know what is missing from the new tool.

eBay  has a global setting for offering carrier discounts to buyers.

Start at your avatar at the top left of an eBay page and select "Account Settings"

Within the account settings index page, under "Selling", select "Shipping Preferences"

On that page, find the "Offer carrier-specific discounts for buyers" section and click the "edit" button, which will take you to this page of global carrier settings:

It's been working for me for years, just within the last week the "Offer shipping services" function has quit working.  Thanks for the links, I did follow them and make sure the discounts were there for the buyers.  I hope that part is working.

I just tested the new Unified Lister and it now works with eBay's Shipping Calculator. The Business Lister, on the other hand, is now NOT working, as you state. So, in making the shipping calculator work with the Unified Lister, it no longer works with the Business Lister.  elizabeth@ebay  Could you report this to the team?
