Sending emails in bulk to ebay customers

Hi

Does anyone know of any way to send emails in bulk to ebay customers who have purchased items form you.

I wanted to do this last week as had a nightmare with failed collections by couriers. As most of my items are posted next day had lot of ebay customers to contact to let them know of the delay.

I had all the customers direct email addresses so sent them bulk emails from my direct email address however it appears a lot of people either did not read them or the emails went into their spam as still had lots of ebay messages form customers asking why the orders was late.

If there is no way to do it via ebay anyone know of any third party tools you can send emails to customers ebay messages in bulk ?

Not sure it's possibe unless they're subscribed to your emailing list. That would be awesome though if you could even if they weren't.
