Seller accepted my return request

Ok the seller sold me the item on February 1st and did not ship the item after several attempts of contacting the seller who never responded to me I asked ebay to step in that was three weeks ago and still I have no return I do not know what to do other than getting my legal team involved in this so I can get my money back help

Seller accepted my return request

You just have to open a case in the resolution center, then eBay gets involved and gives the seller more time (wastes more of your time) and then if they do not ship by the date they list eBay will then refund you if you close the case, or you can wait longer for eBay to do it automatically if no tracking or delivery is shown. If you still do not get a refund then you need to call eBay.

Why did you open a return request if you haven't received the item? A "return" request means you have the item and want to return it. You should have opened a "not received" complaint.

Because it was a week past and I really needed the part so I checked and still had not shipped tried for a couple days to get in touch with the seller didn't even open my messages so I started a claim
