Hello,
I've been late on a few sales because the notifications go to my email and some times i don't check it for a few days. I was hoping I could configure my profile to have ebay send me an SMS when a sale happens. Or maybe there something in the app?
Emails is not ideal for notifications so hopefully there is something else?
Thanks in advance!

Well there is a help page that shows how to set up Instant Messages (IM).
https://www.ebay.com.sg/pages/help/account/text-wireless.html#im
Then on your Notifications preferences, you are suppose to be able to Subscribe to IM, but it doesn't work for me.
Supposedly, you should be able to set up your Seller Communications to get Text messages instead of emails.
Maybe someone can come along and tell us if this is another non-working feature.
I know eBay is able to send texts to mobile numbers, so why this doesn't work is a mystery.

If you're listing, you're selling. If you're selling, be a responsible seller.
Check your 'my ebay' on ebay at least 3x a day. You may have questions from potential buyers, holds, items not being received from previous purchases, returns being done from previous purchases, all kinds of things.
Stop relying on emails, SMS etc.
Check your sales on ebay!

Also, if you are using the app, a red dot appears next to the eBay logo when you have a new notification.
