Seller Hub Reports Broken?

I can't download any templates. The download button does not work.

Is the system down or just me?

I tried it just now, and received a template. If you are downloading a template to "Create new Listings", be sure to complete all four required layers:

1. Source
2. Type
3. File Type
4. Categories

Each next layer will appear after the prior layer has been selected. The "categories" selection will be the most detailed as you branch down the category tree until there are no more options to select.
