However, there's a chance that in your situation, they may agree to correct the information. However, because it is against policy to do this, there is no way set up on the website for you to do it yourself, and the regular customer service agents are not going to be able to help you with it.
You can try contacting eBay for Business on Facebook. The representatives there work for eBay, and are not outsourced personnel who can only work from predefined scripts. If there is a way to get eBay to consider your request, they would be the ones to know.
