NO SEARCH BOX FOR MY BUYERS

NO COUNT OF # OF ITEMS IN EACH OF MY STORE CATEGORIES

NO "ON SALE NOW" BUTTON

TOO MUCH WHITE SPACE

NO WAY FOR BUYERS TO SORT AND FIND WHAT T-H-E-Y WANT

I PAY for this store. I did NOT give eBay permission to change its format. I have numerous instructional emails and materials telling my buyers how to use the (old store) search box  to find a particular thing (lego, Disney, leather, etc.) but now they can't use it!!

As far as the store search goes, it's near the top of the page. It can be toggled to search your store or search eBay. I don't think a lot of people realize the store search is located there. But, as noted in another post on one of the Discussion Boards yesterday, the search was not returning relevant results.

You are not alone with your displeasure of the changes.

I have the same problem and I have emailed Ebay about it several times.

To their opinion there are numerous reasons for this and they are :

1) cookies (I have checked it and it is not so)

2) user settings (I have checked it and it is not so)

3) the browser's fault 

4) the problem is known and "our developers are working on it"

to me this all looks like Ebay is not interested in profit and its main goal is to make changes to the people's mentality to teach them how to tolerate anything and everything. Because it is impossible to have such issues for such a long time without having them fixed, there must be a reason why they want these issues to exist.
