When you click on return request (1st image), then click on the item (2nd image), the ebay app takes you to the wrong item (3rd image). Its the wrong buyer. See buyer name in 2nd image is the right buyer returning and 3rd image is the wrong buyer. This item was a multiple quantity sell to multiple people. Caused me to contact the wrong buyer.
That could create a serious problem.
