Restrictions related to the BBE rate,

Despite contacting eBay many times, I have not received a response, but there is a change on my screen where I see the restriction and I cannot figure out what it means.

I was getting this notification when my account was restricted.and they kept my money for a while.

and then I never saw this notification again. now it looks like this and I already got my money. it was closed in November of last year, about 3 months ago. has anyone experienced this before and do you know what this means?

Restrictions related to the BBE rate,

I'm not sure I understand the question.

The first screenshot shows that your account has been permanently restricted from selling. That means that you won't be able to sell on eBay again.

The second screenshot is what it looks like for an account that has not had any sales (or sales with issues) in the last 12 weeks or so, which is how long the BBE look-back is for. That doesn't change anything about the restriction on the account.

You have asked about this several times before, since last October. I don't think it's going to change.

Restrictions related to the BBE rate,

A customer of mine buys a product from me. And then he opens a case. He says the product does not match the product in the picture. When we talk to our customer, we understand that he actually bought the wrong side. Then he returns the product he bought. After 14 days, our customer buys the other side of the product. Here, I am the guilty party and it affects my BBE rate. Our customer does not say 'I bought the wrong side' so it is all my fault. This is not fair. I have 22 cases like this in the last 1 year and I cannot explain this to eBay in any way. They keep sending the same message

Restrictions related to the BBE rate,

You're right, individual cases like that are always unfair. That is why eBay compares you to your peers, other sellers who are selling similar items, in similar regions. That is as fair as it can be. Those are the rules.

eBay is not going to evaluate your account any more. When they give you a permanent selling restriction, that is the end. Continuing to explain over and over is not going to make any difference. It is too late.

I'm sorry this happened, but you can't change it now.
