Hey! First post here, hope this is the right category. I would like to set up an announce for my various chat channels. I would like it to announce when new items are listed and when an item is sold. Apparently eBay no longer offers RSS. I found this out after I opened a store JUST to get this feature. I was following the advice I found on a random outdated blog. When I spoke with customer service they had no idea what RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is and treated me like I was asking if the moon was made of cheese.
Any assistance on how to get push notifications on something other than my phone app would be great. I think it would really help my customers feel apart of something bigger than themselves and inspire sales.
