Our website creates an inventory CSV file several times a day of our inventory to sync with eBay (so we don't sell something we don't have). We have about 3,000 items. It's very simple. Looks like this:
#INFO Version=1.0.0 Template= eBay-active-revise-price-quantity-download_US
Action Item number Available quantity Relationship Custom label (SKU) Start price
Revise 1234567891 4 UNITA 29.95
Revise 1234567892 0 UNITB 29.95
etc
Has worked great since we started half a year ago. Use it several times a day. Today I went to upload the file and it said 120 items failed. I went to look at the download report, and more 2,000 failed (where'd they get 120??) like this (shortened the ends for readability):
Line Number Action Status ErrorCode ErrorMessage WarningCode WarningMessage
2 Revise Warning 21919456 Warning - Seller has opted into business policies. Please use policy IDs rather than legacy fields for Shipping, Payments or Returns or new policies may be automatically created seller's behalf.
3 Revise Warning 21919456 Warning - Seller has opted into business policies. Please use policy IDs rather than legacy fields for Shipping, Payments or Returns or new policies may be automatically created seller's behalf.
4 Revise Success 123456789
5 Revise Success 123456788
I contacted support and they said I needed to include all the business policies with the CSV request. When I asked when this started or how come the documentation doesn't say that, she said it must be a bug. Not the most comforting response.
Anybody else experiencing this? Did I miss an update?

Likely you weren't using Business Policies before, and have now been opted in, so you'll have to adjust your CSV, or Opt Out of Business Policies if you'd prefer.
