I am a new Ebay seller. I wanted to put in my top 'header' Buy 3-Get one Free. I purchased Seller Manager Pro as I thought this was the correct was to do it It is NOT. I just have to click on Promotions. My first promotion was : $5. Off for $35.00 Spent.

I have tried to change it to:

BUY 3-Get 1 Free!

For some reason I cannot seem to get rid of the first promotion and replace it w/ 2nd promotion. HOW do I fix this?

Thanks for posting.

To stop the other promotion, you can go to the Promotions page (https://www.ebay.com/sh/mkt/promotionmanager/dashboard) and next to any existing promotion should be an option to Pause it. At that point, your second promotion should show on all listings, or you could then create a second promotion that is set as you like.
