Promoted listings not visible in search results

Hi

Does anyone know why our listings do not indicate that we are running promotion in the search results when we are e.g. Buy 2 get 1 free, or Buy 1 get 20% off. Normally an eBay search will provide relevant items and next to any promoted listings/items will be a small red price tag with the words 'Buy 2 get 1 free' etc.

A lot of my competitors run similar promotions and theirs are visible, this clearly gives them a competitive advantage over us and we think it's unfair.

I don't see those promotion notices in search for any sellers in Firefox 31 or Firefox 52 on eBay.com

You are searching on eBay.co.uk not ebay.com. (and these are the US forums)

On eBay UK I see a 10% red tag on this one: 262482523376 Skimmed through about first 1000 other search results and saw no others

I saw 9 other seller tags in the first page of 50 search results for "personalized white wine bottle label"

You will need to provide more information (some item numbers that should show promos and/or number of your listings that should show promos) in order for anyone to look and see what might be going on.
