Promoted Listing tool not working

Any eta on when this might be fixed?

Just tried to create a new promoted listing campaign but the tool is not functioning.

I have over 700 listings that I know are all eligible as they have been promoted in the recent past.

The tool is showing only 113 items available.

Any help appreciated.
