Problems with TL

We have three IDs on our TL. Two work fine, the third won't synchronize anymore.  Stops working and is closed by windows. 

Have no idea what to do.

Did you try compressing and reindexing the files?  This fixes many problems, try it.

What Rfmtm Said. Open Turbo, switch to non responsive user, Tools>Compact databases < if that fails, restart Turbo and repeat.

The nice lady walked us thru removing everything in the ID and then replacing it. Lost a few months of ended listing but they really don't matter.

But it's all kind of academic as TL doesn't create mobile ready listings so we stopped using it for new listings and went back to using mobile ready/sell similar to make new listings.
