I log into my account via the App on my iPad and can access all pages BUT when I try to open my 'Selling' items screen fails to load - circle just spins round in the middle.
As an alternative when I log on via Safari when I try to access 'Selling' an information box telling appears me that eBay layout is changing its layout.
when I either click on 'X' for close or 'Got It' tab , the info box closes and then immediately re appears!
Doubly frustrating - anybody else having similar problems / have a solution?

This is not the correct forum for problem with mobile apps.
In general you should ask in one of the mobile app forums where eBay app team is listening:

On an iPad, the way to get past the modal dialog that pops up is to use a desktop computer with a browser that works correctly with eBay and dismiss the dialog there (once it is dismissed it seems to stay gone on all devices).
