Uh what a mess. They did not apply their rule to new listings from them but also my own :(. How to block this from happening?

I would love to know if you ever figured this out. I'm looking to integrate and am weighing opening a second store to keep the shipping separate.

In order to get rid of this policy issue you have to unlink your eBay from printify by going to printify and unlinking ebay from your store.
After you do that, you will want to cancel the third part access for printify by going to this link and revoking printify’s access:
https://accounts.ebay.com/acctsec/security-center
Once you click the link above, scroll down to the bottom of the page and view the Third-Party App Access. Check the printify one and click revoke at the top.
After you have followed the steps above, go to the eBay homepage while using the eBay classic website. Go to My eBay then go to Summary.
Then, at the top of the page you will see Activity, Messages, Account. Click on Account.
Now, scroll down to the Selling section at the bottom of the page. Find “Business Policies”.
After clicking “Business Policies”, at the top right of the page, you will see an OPT OUT option. Click on that and opt out.
You will now be able to go back to the old ways of listing items.
