Sold an item which was small parcel size. 
attempted to purchase label on app and put in my weight and parcel size and it resets to the standard default  letter size Problem with current iOS????? 

ive never had issues with it before

Thanks. Running the latest software and updated the eBay app and deleted and reinstalled but still doing it.

Hi @tanceuticalsuk.2015! It was a known issue that the mobile team has implemented a fix for. If you update to the most recent version of the app (6.65.0) then you should be good to go!

Thanks I’ve checked I’m running the latest eBay update and it’s still doing it. In fact it’s this update that I think caused it 🥲
