I normally have my seller overview page up as my default launching pageto other places.
When you go from there to read your messages, ie to your messages pages, read your emails, and then come back to the seller overview page, it is showing now you have a Respond to Offer for an item. But when you click on it to see what item listing its for, there is no item - its a false/phony notification. Its tied into going to the mail/messages page, something about going to the messages page and dealing with the new emails is incorrectly setting a Respond to Offer that shows up on the seller overview page.

Sounds like yet another stupid/unnecessary eBay glitch like the hundreds of others on here that #1 shouldn't be in the first place, #2, are easy to fix but no one seems to bother or know how to, and #3 are due to the lack of skill of competent programmers who run things and check for all errors and glitches before launching, after launching, etc. But I think even Windows 98 is too new of a concept for the people eBay have on board to do their programming.

Hello,
I'm having the same issues. I've restarted computer, tried different browsers (via Google Chrome, FireFox, Safari, Opera). Confirmed app was updated and deleted/reinstalled on mobile app and none fixed this. Also, have an item that just sold and is still showing as available which I've manually removed. While on the phone with rep received error message stating something's wrong with only option to select of "Got it!" and told by rep to refresh, but received the same message.
Additional issues in the last month, unable to generate labels via eBay, rep provided a workaround, but shipping time still affected though minimal, eBay did not remove. As well as insertion fees charged though below my store subscription limit, which ebay refunded but only after a long call. USPS causing multiple delays and losing packages, though I called I was NOT covered by seller protection and told to contact USPS but filing a claim with USPS directly doesn't work via browser nor able to get on phone with rep after waiting hours or requesting a call back, and eBay rep couldn't get a reply from them either.
Fun stuff. Basically on the phone with eBay for hours while I could be listing🤔. The sad part is it's just the beginning of my eBay journey. Feel for the longtime sellers, I cannot even imagine.

Hi @rugerskick! I see an open ticket for this issue. I've added it to our tech board post here and you can see what info you'll need to provide Customer Support so you can have your account added to it. The more examples they can get, the better.

Thanks, actually I see this falsely triggered coming from other pages back to the seller overview page. If I am on my listings page and go back to seller overview, i can see a phantom respond to offer showing. It can happen from whatever page I am on if something has happened in my emails, like I have a new email that came in. Its triggered by something changing in my emails, but it can show up on the seller overview page regardless of what prior pages I am on, before I bring up my seller overview page.

Also I have noticed the false respond to offer shows up if i get any notifications, and then click on the bell notification icon and view them, and come back to the seller overview page, now i have 1 or more false respond to offers showing.
