We have been Ebay members (buyer & seller) for many years. Of all the changes made to the original web format over these years this one in particular is so poorly designed. It's understood tools become outdated and changes are necessary. Successful companies, who put their employees and customers first, take the time to run parallel testing to ensure the final decision makers are not being sold on a bill of goods. Maybe that was done, but this complete overhaul seems like a decision to implement regardless of any deficiencies. We have played with this new format for days and do not find how this is an improvement. There are additional steps to search, customizing columns fails to save & soon reverts to your preferred default & so much more. It does not appear much thought was given to the end user before implementing these changes. We find nothing that makes this new design friendly for the end user. We hope you still have options to consider that will help settle your customer and seller frustrations.
