Hello ebay Community,
I have two employees who are supposed to access the seller cockpit via their own ebay profile. However, they cannot use all the functions that are available on the main account. For example, it is not possible to print invoices for sales, although this is possible on the main account under one of the tabs. External users also have no access to the sales statistics. And all this although these users have been assigned all the authorizations available on the authorizations page. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? As it is at the moment, my employees cannot work via their own account.

You might want to ask your question on the eBay.com.de site since you're registered in Germany.
BTW, why do your employees need to print invoices?

Actually it's my father's business and his other employee isn't able to work on his account for whatever reason. Printing invoices was just one of the functions he was missing and this is somehow critical for his ability to work. I don't really know why he has to do this but im just here to figure it out 🙂
