Multiple item local pickups.

I have a customer who picked up 10 items across 3 orders and gave me 10 pick-up codes, but eBay only let me put in 1 per total order, and the orders won't clear out of my awaiting shipment page. Will this eventually resolve itself? It's been over 12 hours, and they are still there.
