Multi-User Account Access - Access To Main Account Messages

it was mentioned that MUA messaging access would be rolled out in October 2023.

I see messaging in the permission list when giving an employee access but that emplyee still seems to have no access to messaging.

Can someone verify that messaging works and how to access messages or is this still a feature waiting to be implemented. The employee cannot actually manage an account if there is no access to messages!

I can verify we got it working.  Both accounts need to be using the new messaging system, which isn't available to all accounts, though.  I was able to chat and have it added to my new employee account and once they both had it the messages were available.  A pain to set up, but it does work.

Initially, when I spoke with eBay support, they were unsure why it was not working and were going to escalate the case. Near the end of the call, I noticed a link to try the "new messaging" system and all the missing messages started to appear! The support call could have ended much sooner if the support person I spoke with knew that the new messaging system was required...

It's working now so that is all that counts 🙂
