Embedded code as described here;
https://pages.ebay.com/sell/itemdescription/customizeyoursummary.html
Have a simple listing up to get my feet wet using the multi-listing tool.
Do not see the summary when viewing on mobile but the html is displaying at bottom of description page.
Is this feature still available, hopefully someone using this feature can help, as being able to use with more in depth listings would be a big plus.
Thanks in advance!

Solved, the feature does work but only with plain text, which is good as this is a nice feature, would be nice if they add a input box to the quick listing tool in the future for this purpose.
Seems the list tags don't work but still shows up on mobile as plain text at least for me.

I have noticed for some time now (perhaps a year) that the tags don't seem to be working as before, and that some of the tolerated tags are no longer tolerated. The Quick Lister strips tag "attributes" (the red part of the code below), so the mobile summary code is useless in the Quick Lister.
<div vocab="https://schema.org/" typeof="Product"> <span property="description">
However, if you just enter plain text without any HTML at all, the filters should be able to pick out the meaningful text, particularly if it is at the top, while the boilerplate is at the bottom.
