Medical device

I had a resmed c-pap climate air tube pulled from eBay this weekend. I had previously sold two of these. I know longer use a c pap machine and had three sealed unused new tubes. I go on eBay and there are still pages and pages of these for sale. The unheated tubes, the facial nose pillows, headgear etc  still listed. The letter they sent is no medical device by prescription could be sold. The c-pap machine is by prescription and they pay for the tubes. But if I wanted more tubes than they prescribed I can buy online at a medical supply without a script. I would just pay full price. I can upgrade or change any part of the tubing mechanisms from the part that tube to the facial apparatus on my own dime.  So not sure why my listing was pulled and other listings  are still up? I don’t want to report other listings and I feel this is what happened to me perhaps? I had a lowball offer I did not accept in within a couple of hours my listing was removed. Just seeking clarification if anyone knows.

From what I have seen, the disposables are all allowed. Was the tubing listed in the wrong category? Could the title have contained words associated with the machine, rather than with the disposable?
