Markdown Promotions not working sporatically

I have a markdown promotion for 15% off several items in my store.  A particular item shows up in the list of items in that promotion, and it shows "ON SALE".  The item has been up for 45 days. If I click on the item, it shows the full price, with no markdown.  Other items in this promotion are doing the same thing, but not all. Please help!

I'm actually having the same problem.  I've been trying to launch a markdown/sale since last night.  But every time I go back, it shows as a "draft."  Not sure what the issue is.  I've been doing these sales for a couple years now, and never had a problem before.

I've been experiencing something very similar but since October. I've put in numerous "SERVICE TICKETS" in for the same issue. I create a multi level percentage sale and use price points so customers can differentiate the different items on sale. The sale presents as being correct but then I notice only the lowest percentage is working.  It only shows the lowest percentage and items with that percentage. Shame on me for not realizing what was happening in the beginning but when sales started dropping drastically, I took a closer look at everything. I called in and spoke with a team member, never thought to ask for the service number. The member said they were putting in a ticket to the tech team so I said okay and went about my business.  Continued to loose more sales and called in again, the team member looked back at the information on my account and stated they would put another ticket. That same person contacted a "COLLEAGUE" to see if they had heard anyone else experiencing the same problem and I found out I wasn't the only one. So once again, believing it would be corrected went about my business. To make a long story short or sort of short. Called in November, spoke to another member that couldn't find the previous information on the issue so started another service ticket after viewing my account and going through everything again.  At this time this member could physically see the issue I was dealing with and realized my frustration. She screened shot everything and sent it up to the tech team and said she would contact me in 24 to 48 hours with an update. This team member seemed to know what she was doing and was on the right track. Well no return phone call and no update. After 4 days of a dead sale, I ended it and started a single percentage sale which seems to work. So I called in again and spoke to another team member, he seemed concerned and looked back at the information. Told me there was a work around, run multiple sales at one time. I was excited to know until the issue was resolved, there was a work around. I set up a couple of sales with different percentages, it worked for two days and then everything cancelled out. Not sure what happened. Called in again on by some chance ended up with women that did the screen shots and even though she didn't recognize me at first, by the time I explained it all she knew who I was and the problem. So she looked back at the notes the tech team sent her. They said I never had a multi level sale, just the single percentage. They must of never looked at the screen shots of all the percentages and price points. All they saw is where I ended it and restarted a single percentage sale. She also reached out to her supervisor. I was told once again she would be back in contact with me within 24 to 48 hours. She also sent me the thread with the information but only part of it was visible. No phone call again.  So now it's  2023 and I called in again and spoke to someone new to find out they would reach out to the original team member that was suppose to contact me  to see if she can contact me within the famous 24-48 hours. My husband has been with eBay for 14 years and I've been with eBay for 8, full time since October 2022. I'm so frustrated that my store is tanking and I don't even know what to do about it anymore. Does anyone have suggestions????
