Manage Active listings table choices

How do I add the "Research Prices" hyperlink in the Manage Active listings table under the item 'Current Prices"?

I guess no one has any answers to this? I can see it on my account but my friend can't see it on his. I have not idea how it got added to my account but it is very very helpful! It is found in the Manage listings view under the item Current Price (see below) the 'clickable hyperlink' Research prices appears.
