Magnifier isn't working.

I tried uploading several sizes of the same images and none of them worked, so please don't tell me my sizes are wrong. Why isn't the magnifier working? Should I delete all of my auctions and wait for eBay to solve THEIR problem?

You are correct. Supersize is not working as expected. eBay is aware of this issue and is supposedly working on a fix. We wait for news from eBay.

I purchase the Gallery Plus option frequently since I like to sell coins and customers need the fine details. My photos are always at least 1200 x 1200 and I have never encountered the magnification not working before. This problem started 3 days ago and eBay support says they're aware of the issue but have no idea when it will be resolved. All seven listing that I put up less than 3 days ago are experiencing this identical flawed behavior. The Gallery Plus magnify feature works just fine when I preview my listings before posting them, but they fail to work once the auction is live. This feels like bate and switch (although I know it is not intentional). I have already paid for the feature and I get only so many free listings per month. This is not cool!

"Gallery Plus" is a fee-based picture enhancement that appears on the Search page. It has nothing to do with photos that appear when the listing is opened. The magnification zoom within the listing is a free and automatic feature. That interior zoom within the listing will only apply to photos that are at least 800 px on the long side.  eBay's recent problem with zoom has been fixed and sellers may need to re-upload photos for those listings that still have broken zoom.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post thoroughly.
I have deleted all photos from my listings that did not already have bids and re-uploaded them. This helped resolved some of the "Gallery Plus" features for some of the photos, but not completely. The size of my photos are not the problem and never have been before. The minimum resolution I upload is 1200 X 1200 and more frequently larger. As stated in my original post, I like to sell coins so I know the high level of detail the bidders want/need to see in a raw coin.

Im having the same problem. I sell comic books and I NEED THAT FEATURE!  I sell expensive and High Grade books that wont get bids unless people can see the condition clearly.
